What next?

If you have any concerns or worries about working outdoors or with animals, these can be discussed at our initial contact.
To determine whether this approach is best suited to you and your current needs, an initial assessment will be carried out prior to any offer of ongoing sessions.
Tracey will be running sessions here at ROEC on Mondays. These can be weekly or fortnightly – depending on availability and your individual needs.
All therapeutic work undertaken is client led and trauma – informed.
